Designing a vacation rental is all about creating a space that feels instantly welcoming, thoughtfully curated, and effortless to enjoy. Our goal was clear: elevate every corner with durable, beautiful furnishings and cohesive style, while making the home feel like a relaxing retreat guests will want to return to again and again.
A Light, Cozy, and Modern Living Room

The living room transformation was all about balancing comfort with style. We introduced a soft, neutral sectional to set a relaxed foundation, then layered in modern artwork with warm, organic shapes for an updated feel. The rich ochre swivel chairs add a pop of color and plush texture, creating a perfect conversation circle for guests to gather. Gold tones in the side tables and lamps bring in a touch of luxury, while the large-scale rug grounds the entire space. This room now feels elegant yet livable—exactly the vibe you want when you arrive for a long weekend away.
A Dining Area Made for Slow Mornings

The dining room now balances comfort and sophistication. We selected curved, upholstered chairs that feel cozy but durable (a must for rental properties). They’re even on casters for easy mobility! The round faux marble-top table offers ample space without overwhelming the room, and the deep green drapery adds a rich, organic touch that ties back to the living room palette. A simple glass vase centerpiece keeps the look clean and intentional, while more accessories can be found on the bar cart nearby. This room is the perfect backdrop for family breakfasts, board games, or wine and charcuterie after a day of exploring.
Connecting Spaces With Cohesion

One of the biggest challenges in rentals is ensuring each room feels tied together, instead of like separate, mismatched zones. By repeating warm metals, leafy greens, and natural textures, we created a smooth visual flow from the living room into the dining area. Even the subtle details—the modern sunburst mirror, the light oak floors, the sculptural lamps—help the home feel thoughtfully designed from every angle.

A Bright and Breezy Sunroom Retreat

The sunroom might be the most dramatic transformation of all. What used to feel plain and unfinished is now a serene indoor–outdoor lounge that blends seamlessly with the pool area. We layered a striped rug for texture, added comfortable modern seating, and brought in greenery to soften the lines of the room. The stone-inspired coffee table adds a grounding focal point, while fresh outdoor fabrics ensure everything stays looking great despite sun exposure and heavy use from vacationing guests.

Now, this space isn’t just a pass-through—it’s a destination. Guests can enjoy morning coffee with a view of the pool, relax after a swim, or gather here in the evening with the doors open for fresh air.
Designed for Durability—Styled for Experience
Every piece we chose for this project was selected with both durability and beauty in mind. Vacation rentals need furnishings that can withstand heavy use, but that doesn’t mean sacrificing style. From wipeable dining chairs to performance fabrics on the sofas, this home is built to stay beautiful long-term while offering a high-end guest experience.

By leaning into warm tones, natural textures, and contemporary silhouettes, we transformed this once-basic rental into a modern retreat that feels boutique, curated, and undeniably comfortable. Now, the property isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a place to experience, enjoy, and make memories in.
