After our initial consultation, we’ll share an overview of our super organized process. We strive to go above and beyond with smart operational tactics that both keep us on top of everything and also keeps you informed of our progress. We always make sure that our process is crystal clear, efficient, and effective.

Our design concept will focus on the things that make you happy. We’ll put together a full view of what you love—from design styles and colors palettes to your favorite activities and personal passions. Above all, we want to show you how your style can live in beautiful harmony with your home regardless of what’s currently trendy.

We’ll bring together an authentic vision with plenty of color, texture, and unexpected elements. Not to mention, our extensive network of design partners will grant you access to furniture, drapery, lighting, artwork, and unique décor that doesn’t exist in retail stores.

The final design presentation will cover the big picture—from fun to functional. This presentation will give you a look at everything, including color palettes, floor plans, custom window treatments, locally made furniture, and accessory selections. And, so you can personally experience what you’ll be getting, we’ll have plenty of paint, flooring, tile, and textile samples on hand for you to see and touch.

When our plan is fully approved, we’ll manage all the minutiae. You can sit back and relax! Leave all the purchasing, traveling, tracking, and pacing the floor during those three-hour delivery windows to us. We’ll do the legwork while making sure to keep you fully apprised of our progress with regular updates and consistent communication.

Not to worry—on installation day, our team will be there in person for the crucial final steps. We’ll be on site to direct deliveries, check for quality, and oversee hanging mirrors, art, and window coverings. Really, anything that needs to happen—we’ll make sure it comes to life flawlessly.

By the time you walk in, each room will be personally styled and filled with the exhilarating energy of your brand new home!

Full-Service Design includes both design services (furniture layouts, 3-D renderings, sourcing, design concept, procurement management, etc.) and product purchases (furniture, custom window treatments, rugs, etc.) Design services fees are $190 per hour, with a minimum of 30 hours needed per full room. The product investment will depend on the scope of the room, but generally the minimum full-service product expenditure is $20,000 per room. We’ll explore the full scope of work after the initial consultation and provide you with a Good/Better/Best analysis to help you get a sense for what the project budget will look like based on your needs.
